# Client Tier Roster — Gap Memo

**Re:** Task #1, Client Dashboards initiative — partial deliverable + blocker

## What I Can See Today

Only **6 of ~40 J2 clients** are visible to me through PKA-resident data:

| Source | Clients | Count |
|--------|---------|-------|
| `Atlas/app/qbo_clients.json` (OAuth-wired) | VIP Play TN (Chairman), Afton, Tons of Bubbles, CLJ Plumbing, Acadian Roofing, Bulldog Septic | 6 |
| Memory (referenced but not yet wired) | Loop TV, FuzeBox AI (both Chairman) | +2 known by name |
| Estimated missing | ~32 other clients | ~32 |

Per Riv's QBO MCP scoping report (2026-05-20), the Intuit Dev app went live with Afton as pilot. The other ~34 clients exist in J2's QBOA "Your Books" account but have not been OAuth-authorized yet.

## What I Delivered

`Team Inbox/2026-05-21 - Ledger to Loom - Client Tier Roster.csv` — partial. 8 rows of named clients with **directional** tier reads (not confirmed), plus an explicit `[~32 OTHER J2 CLIENTS] GAP` row.

I refuse to fabricate names or tier assignments for clients I can't verify. Per my own rule: clean data before analysis.

## What's Blocking Completion

Two pieces of data, both from Jimmie:

1. **Full client name list (~40)** — preferably exported from QBOA "Your Books" as a CSV. Name + business type is enough.
2. **Fee tier per client** — Jimmie's read on each (T1 / T2 / T3) per the 1:1 fee-tier model. He can do this in 20 min with the list in hand.

If both arrive together, I can finish the full roster in under an hour and unblock Slate.

## Two Bonus Items Worth Surfacing

- **Chairman group inclusion in dashboard rollout** — Brief said "default include at T3." Confirming: VIP Play TN, Loop TV, and FuzeBox AI all get client-facing dashboards? They're advisory-grade so it's a natural fit, but worth Jimmie's explicit yes given the hard-fence pattern.
- **OAuth wire-up sequencing** — the dashboard rollout depends on Coefficient pulling from QBO, which depends on OAuth. The 34 unwired clients can't have live dashboards until Riv onboards them to the QBO MCP. This is a Riv dependency Loom should add to the build sequence.

## One Question for Jimmie

**Can you export the full client list from QBOA "Your Books" (or wherever the canonical roster lives) and mark each one T1 / T2 / T3?** Drop the file in `Team Inbox/` — I'll finish the mapping from there.

**Next action:** Larry surfaces this gap to Jimmie. On the export, I finish the CSV and unblock task #2 (Slate's templates).
