Jimmie answers Riv 5-question intake: Zapier plan/tasks, client list source, OAuth pacing, Rippling Spend state, OAuth pattern OK
Build WellyBox + Spark Receipt + Ramp + Rippling Spend connectors into QBO to support Tally. Native OAuth per client, Zapier orchestration on top, per-client routing map as source of truth. Week 1 = native OAuth marathon; Week 2 = Zapier dedup + mem.ai poller in parallel.
Decisions
Rippling Spend IS in AP scope. First-class connector alongside Ramp, not deferred to a payroll-seam touchpoint.
why: The firm uses Rippling Spend for AP, so it's a primary AP surface — not optional

Scope = internal J2 tool serving multiple clients. Clients don't touch the connectors directly; Tally + bookkeepers operate them on the clients' behalf.
why: Removes client-facing UX scope; lets Riv design for internal operators

WellyBox AND Spark Receipt run in parallel — per-client routing, not dedup. Different J2 clients use different capture tools.
why: Client preferences vary; trying to dedupe across both adds complexity for no gain
